THINK YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES TO FILL THESE BOOTS?
Sadly, our very own Justin is moving on from Cure Thrift Shop. Justin joined Cure before we opened our doors in 2008, and has played an instrumental role in molding the store into the magical shop that it is today.
Justin wore several hats during his time with us (furniture restorer, researcher, pricer of jewelry, books, furniture, art and housewares, painter, designer, fixer, decorator, etc.). Basically, a lot… so we are seeking 2 or 3 talented individuals to join our team.
Here is what we are looking for:
- people with thrift/antique/vintage experience
- people with a true passion for furniture and home decor
- people who can restore/fix-up furniture (not a must, but it would be nice)
- people who know how thrift shop items should be priced
- people who know how to quickly research books, furniture, art, etc.
- people who are not afraid to move furniture and get dirty
- handy people
- creative people
- FRIENDLY people
- TEAM-PLAYERS WHO CAN SELL LIKE CHAMPIONS
If you think that you are the right fit for Cure Thrift Shop, shoot us an email at info@curethriftshop.com.
Please include an original cover letter, telling us a bit about yourself. We don’t need a novella…just a brief backstory, your talents, your favorite song, your Facebook profile link, and your SAT score. The last 2 were jokes, but we’d like to know your favorite song.
